“ Walked in the door and stood there for 15-20 seconds before asking who wants to sell me a car. Ended up buying a used Honda CR-V -XL. Vehicle has some issues that should be addressed. TBD how they handle it. Sunroof broken, back windshield wiper blade dry rotted, rotors are warped after getting on the highway and braking at higher speeds. noticed the oil should have been change. under 1k miles and last oil change was almost 6 months ago. UPDATE: Issues above were address quickly and promptly at no cost. However, after further review the vehicle has hail damage. Something that wasn't really visible on a high sky day with no clouds. Offered to cover it if I paid $500 towards the repair. Which is equal to my deductible w/o filing a claim. Not disclosing damage is shady. But, mostly my fault for not noticing it in the first place. ”

“ I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service I got done here. First I waited for 3 hours in their waiting room for a simple alignment. The service manager then came out to talk to me regarding an issue. He told me they were unable to align my rear wheels due to the rear control arms needing replacing but they were able to align the front. They told me they started in the front and by the time they got to the back that they noticed the issue. After speaking to several other Honda dealerships I was informed that alignments always start from the rear wheels and go forward. Why would they lie to me and why didn't they refused to align my car or recommend that I get them replaced prior to attempting an alignment? They didnt have an issue charging me full price for an incomplete service or attempting to charge me for a replacement bolt they broke. I attempted to contact the CEO of Napoleon asking if this is standard practice to them to not compete services and still charge full price but no response. Do not get any service work done here. ”
